Uncle Jake spotted your pickup go by us and asked if we wanted an autograph of Dennis Hull the hockey player. Of course we said yes because hockey was watched faithfully in our house and we knew who you and Bobby Hull were. Endless to say he got you pulled over and we met and you gave us an autograph each with our names on it. We were so excited about it. I remember thinking we had such a cool uncle because he knew a famous hockey player! So I just wanted to thank you for making our day I have kept my autograph in a special place all these years I'm 53 now so it's been alot of years lol. Thank you once again.
Patti
Blackstock,Ontario Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11944162415951761291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28353421.post-91987177116194069232015-05-19T15:09:35.144-07:002015-05-19T15:09:35.144-07:00Dennis,

We lost contact when I was transferred to Colorado, and I always regretted not keeping in touch. I know that you and Doug were best buddies and what a loss it has to be for you. I have many happy and funny memories which I will always cherish. Doug was a kind, gentle soul and will be greatly missed. I am confident that his legacy lives on in his children and friends. Just felt I had to reach out to you as his friend.

Sandra
Mt ProspectAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28353421.post-72934128756341031472014-11-20T19:19:33.966-08:002014-11-20T19:19:33.966-08:00Growing up, Dennis Hull was always my favorite pla...Growing up, Dennis Hull was always my favorite player. The thing that impressed me, you retrieved the errant shot, then flipped it to him again. You were a star in your own right, but went out of y our way to show kindness and I have always appreciated that.
Some today can learn from that example.
Jim GUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15213292882358805463noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28353421.post-19074860257187667632010-06-15T11:50:03.089-07:002010-06-15T11:50:03.089-07:00dennis you fliped a puck over the glass in frankli...dennis you fliped a puck over the glass in franklin park ice area I GOT THAT PUCK I VALUED IT ENOUGH TO PLAY ONLY TO LOOSE MY OLDER BROTHER WHO WAS HOCKEY TEACHER ,SAID PULL IT OUT ITS WORTH MORE TODAY TO BAD I DONT HAVE IT BUT IF YOU GAVE ME ONE I,D CHERRISH IT FOREVER BY FAR YOUR FAMILY IS THE GREATEST OF ALL HOCKEY FAMILY'S THANKS FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS TELL BOBBY HI AND GOD BLESS I AM THANKFUL WE WON IT HEY DENNIS IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER PUCK THAT WOULD BE GREAT JOHN MCCARTHY 3840 E ASHLAN AVE APT B FRESNO CA 93726 GOD BLESS YOU& FAMILY GO HAWKS THANK YOU OLDER BROTHER JIM FOR TEACHING ME HOCKEY&TELLING ME ABOUT THE GREATEST OF ALL DENNIS&BOBY HULLAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28353421.post-71719796330330482962010-06-10T20:04:07.785-07:002010-06-10T20:04:07.785-07:00Dennis,
